We provide advice on the selection of optimal solutions and planning the transaction structure while ensuring appropriate safeguards.
We negotiate, edit and give opinions on commercial contracts, including with foreign counterparties (e.g. from Germany, the United States and China) – with particular emphasis on master agreements and cooperation agreements;
