We present Clients with various incentive program structures based on our experience in implementing those programs, including from a several-year perspective;
We prepare comprehensive documentation regarding the establishment of an incentive program at the company (including, for example, appropriate resolutions of the general meeting);
We help Clients implement incentive programs – which, according to our experience, requires a prior preparation of an implementation strategy that should include consultations with employee representatives;
In cooperation with the Client, we create incentive programs rules – we work with the Client in a project-based manner, so that the documentation is consistent with the ESOP goal instead of resorting to ready-made solutions;
We prepare for Clients comprehensive summaries in the form of spreadsheets – based on selected models – illustrating the shareholder structure after the implementation of one of the selected incentive program models that determine the vesting period in various ways;
We help Clients put the ESOP in practice – dealing with all aspects related to the registration of warrants and shares (in the register of shareholders or the Central Securities Depository of Poland – KDPW) and their introduction to trading on the WSE.
