We provide support with financing rounds, including the preparation of offer documentation (e.g. information memorandum) and registration of share capital increases in the National Court Register, as well as registration of shares in the Central Securities Depository of Poland (KDPW);
We support issuers in the process of transitioning from the NewConnect market to the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE); we support issuers in the conduct of prospectus-related procedures;
We help in transferring shares recorded in the shareholders' register to the KDPW register;
We provide day-to-day service for listed companies (including in relation to corporate matters and the implementation of obligations imposed on public companies – including current and financial reports).
