Before starting the legal due diligence, we work with the Client to determine the scope and purpose of the planned transaction – an equity investment, company acquisition or purchase of real estate – advising the Client on the scope of the future due diligence;
We carry out legal due diligence of Polish commercial companies, with a particular focus on: intellectual property, corporate and employment matters, commercial agreements and assets;
We prepare comprehensive due diligence reports and discuss the DD results with Clients so as to present the legal position of the target from a practical perspective;
We carry out legal due diligence of real estate located in Poland – including commercial real estate, with a particular focus on: land & mortgage registers and source documents contained in those registers; legal basis for real estate acquisition and any claims on and encumbrances of the real estate.
We identify risks related to the planned investment and present recommendations aimed at mitigating those risks;
